I am so happy that you stopped by! I’m a mom of two wonderful young men, a mother-in-law to an amazing young lady, a farmer’s wife, a librarian, a tech geek
During my career I’ve been an elementary teacher, an elementary librarian, a district level Instructional Technologist, and a middle school librarian. I am a board member and Past President of the North Carolina Technology in Education Society. I attended Google Teacher Academy in Washington, DC in 2009 to become a Google Certified Innovator and hold Level 1 and 2 Google Certifications.
I’ve been blogging off and on for about ten years. (Probably more off than on.) I decided to renew my passion to share the things I’ve learned over the past 20+ years of helping teachers to integrate technology.
My mission here at Teaching and Tech Magic is to remove the uncertainty and help you discover the magic that can be created when you use technology with your students.
I will do that by providing you with tips, tricks and practical activities to help you unlock your inner tech wizard!
